Chat GPT Prompts I Love

I am not a huge fan of AI, however… it’s not going anywhere. And learning new tools and technologies can be great! I’ve learned to embrace Chat GPT and have had a positive experience with it. Here’s some Chat GPT prompts that I love. And pro tip - make sure to be polite in case they take over one day.

Health

“My goal weight is _. Please make a calorie goal for me and budget it throughout the day.”

Chat GPT will give you a calorie goal, tell you how to disperse it throughout the day, and will probably ask if you’d like example recipes or a few days of ideas.

“With a daily calorie goal of _, create a meal plan for the week.”

You can modify the answer, but it’s a great way to get going!

Link a recipe and ask “what are the calories per serving?” This is great if you’re tracking your calories but aren’t sure how do calculate it yourself.

Style

If you’re having a hard time with your personal style, download your favorite Pinterest pictures, screenshot your camera roll, and upload it to Chat GPT with the prompt “What style is this?” Follow up with “how do I achieve this style?

This is a great way to define the aesthetic you’re going for, and to get practical steps on how to actually make it happen.

Decor

Do the same as above - Chat GPT is great at identifying similarities and making them a cohesive look. Ask “What home style is this?” and then “how do I achieve this?”

Career

Upload a picture of your resume and ask “analyze this resume and tell me how to make it sound more….” You can say professional, sophisticated, etc.

You can also ask “based off of this resume, which jobs would I be suited for?”

Copy a link to a job and say “based off of my resume and this job, please write a cover letter.” Make sure to edit the cover letter. Chat GPT is a great starting point, but again, a straight copy and paste isn’t the best idea.

Travel

Ask “create a packing list for a ___ long trip for a woman. We’ll be ___.” This is great to get a packing list that’s customized to your activities and trip length.

Until next time - may your weekend be full of creativity and style.
